I completely understand the frustration, especially when you’re travelling and gearing up for challenging roads where you were hoping to have the sensors fitted and ready to go.
I’ve been in contact with Australia Post several times and, at this stage, they’ve advised the parcel is still within their network and hasn’t been declared lost or missing. It appears to be delayed before making the final delivery to your nominated post office.
While I appreciate your suggestion about sending a second set, the shipment was originally due Wednesday, so at this point it’s only a couple of business days beyond the expected delivery window. Australia Post is generally extremely reliable and this is actually the first delayed shipment issue I’ve experienced across hundreds of orders sent Australia-wide. Unfortunately, occasional delays within the network can still happen.
Please know I’m continuing to follow this up from my side and doing everything I can to help get the parcel moving and into your hands as quickly as possible.
